I joined NICHOLAS AIR in 2014, following a decade-long career in the investment industry. Throughout my tenure, I have developed an extensive operational background by serving in key roles across Fuel Accounts, Customer Account Management, Sales, and Operations. As Director of Service Standards, I leverage this comprehensive organizational insight to ensure our departmental objectives align perfectly with the company’s broader mission of excellence.
The collaborative relationships I have built across the NICHOLAS AIR team, combined with the versatility gained from my diverse roles, remain vital to the service benchmarks I oversee today. I am honored to have played a part in the exponential growth and strategic evolution of NICHOLAS AIR over the last decade.
A native of Gulfport and a proud graduate of Mississippi State University, I am a dedicated wife to Ray and mother to Wyatt. Outside of work, I enjoy exploring a wide range of music and documentaries, spending Saturdays cheering for college football, and traveling—particularly revisiting my favorite childhood destinations with my son.
