Yes, NICHOLAS AIR always has two highly trained pilots assigned to your aircraft. With nearly 30 years of accident-free operations, our pilots’ training and experience are some of the most robust in the industry.

No, there are no extra costs for fuel or the flight crew. A fuel Surcharge may be applied based on Jet A Index.

Yes, unlike most other private jet services, NICHOLAS AIR Jet Card Members may schedule multiple aircraft on the same day. Members may also interchange between aircraft types for the most efficient use of funds.

Each Member is assigned a personal travel representative 24/7/365 who will take care of all flight reservations and special requests.

Jet Card Members are billed only for the flight time they occupy the aircraft plus a flat 6 minutes for taxi in and out time.

The NICHOLAS AIR fleet can accommodate the following number of passengers in each aircraft type:

• Phenom 100 – up to five passengers
• Citation CJ3+ & Phenom 300E – up to nine passengers
• Citation Latitude & Challenger 350 – up to nine passengers
• Gulfstream G600 – up to thirteen passengers

If you would like to bring luggage such as skis, golf bags, etc. please notify your NICHOLAS AIR Personal Travel Representative so that the crew may plan accordingly.

Hours never expire and the hourly rate is guaranteed for 12 months.

Yes, complimentary concierge services for catering, ground transportation, hotel reservations, etc. are provided as an added value benefit to jet card Members. Special requests may be made to your Personal Travel Representative at the time of booking.

Only if NICHOLAS AIR incurs an expense will a cancellation fee be imposed. Some programs offer as little as 12 hours notice prior to takeoff in order to avoid a cancellation fee.

Trips that arrive at or depart from locations outside of the United States are subject to international fees. The international fees vary based on the location.

A Private Jet Card is a flexible membership program that allows travelers to prepay for private jet hours and access guaranteed aircraft availability without the commitment of full ownership. These Private Jet Card Programs are a popular choice for executives and frequent flyers offering convenience, cost transparency, and consistency in service. Furthermore, they provide the ability to deposit funds to secure hours in the program at a fixed hourly rate. Members have the option to purchase a block of hours in a specific aircraft (BLUE Jet Card) or make a deposit that can be used for any aircraft in our entire fleet (RISE Jet Card).

The daily minimum for our Jet Card Program is 1 hour and includes taxi time.

The main difference between a fractional ownership program and a Private Jet Card Program lies in commitment and ownership. Fractional ownership means you are buying a share of an aircraft, with ongoing management fees and long-term contracts, while a Private Jet Card program lets you prepay for flight hours on a fleet with no ownership responsibilities. Jet Cards provide flexibility, predictable pricing, and access to multiple aircraft, whereas fractional ownership is closer to partial aircraft ownership which typically has higher costs associated with it. Despite these higher costs associated with fractional ownership there are certainly advantages as well such as lower hourly amortized rates as well as depreciation tax benefits.
