Reinier Rodriguez
I have served NICHOLAS AIR as the Director of Flight Training Programs since 2023. With over 25 years of specialized aviation expertise, I ensure that every pilot receives the highest standard of instruction and preparation.
As an alum of Embry Riddle Aeronautical University with a degree in Professional Aeronautics, my background includes dual EASA and FAA licenses, as well as instructor certifications across both the United States and Europe. As a professional pilot, I have accumulated more than 8,000 flight hours, ranging from Cessnas to Boeings. This foundation is bolstered by over five years in elite training departments, including a significant tenure at CAE as an instructor on the Boeing 737 and the Phenom 100/300 series aircraft.
I am proud to lead a program that empowers both new and experienced pilots to reach their full potential, which remains the core of our training initiatives here at NICHOLAS AIR. When I am not in the simulator or the cockpit, I enjoy riding motorcycles and traveling with my wife and our two teenagers.
