Following the completion of my degree in Political Science at Elmira College, I transitioned into the specialized field of aviation maintenance, earning my A&P license. I have dedicated my entire career to supporting Part 135 operations, developing a deep technical expertise in the Embraer Phenom 300 and Cessna Citation Latitude, with a primary focus on regulatory compliance and fleet reliability.
I am a hands-on leader with a broad technical skill set that extends from complex aircraft troubleshooting to automotive mechanics and general construction. I pride myself on practical problem-solving and an unwavering attention to detail, ensuring that every maintenance event is executed to the highest standard.
Since joining NICHOLAS AIR in 2023 as the Director of Maintenance, I have been responsible for ensuring our fleet remains safe and flight ready. I coordinate critical maintenance events and collaborate with our technicians and vendors to maintain the seamless flow of flight operations. I take great pride in the accountability of this role, knowing that my focus on continuous process improvement and mechanical integrity is what keeps our crews and Members safe.
A little-known fact about my background is that I am an accomplished clarinetist, having earned a New York State School Music Association (NYSSMA) Level 5 Gold Rating during my years in New York.
