Kandy Ringquist
I joined NICHOLAS AIR in 2022 as the Director of Training following a 20-year career at a $3 billion hedge fund and private equity firm. During my tenure in the financial sector, I managed the CEO’s personal portfolio and real estate, a role that required a sophisticated understanding of the lifestyle and operational needs of high-net-worth individuals and large institutional clients. My background in overseeing international travel logistics, aircraft acquisition, and flight crew management across Europe and Asia provided a seamless transition into my current leadership role at NICHOLAS AIR.
As Director of Training, I thrive in an environment where no two days are the same. I am passionate about welcoming and acclimating our new pilots and employees, ensuring they are expertly prepared to uphold the NICHOLAS AIR standard. A Mississippi native and a graduate of the University of Mississippi, I am also an avid adventurer and a certified Master Scuba Diver.
