Caleb Herriage
I joined NICHOLAS AIR in 2022, initially serving as a Flight Support Specialist before being promoted to Director of Fleet Operations later that same year. My journey into aviation leadership was preceded by a distinguished nine-year career as a firefighter just south of Atlanta, Georgia, an experience that instilled in me a deep commitment to safety and rapid problem-solving. Following my transition to aviation, I completed the FAA’s ATC Academy in Oklahoma City, further refining my technical understanding of flight operations and airspace management.
In my current role, I oversee our Flight Support Specialists, ensure the legalities of all flight operations, and manage crew scheduling. I thrive on the challenge of maintaining a safe and efficient operation, utilizing a think-outside-the-box approach to overcome the complex variables that arise daily in the aviation industry. I am incredibly proud of my team and remain dedicated to supporting the hard work they put in to keep our fleet moving.
